• In ArcMap, add image service from https://seamlessrnc.nauticalcharts.noaa.gov/arcgis/rest/services/RNC and local copy of the Raster Charts footprints • Heads up digitize all visible submarine cables visible on charts • Spatial Join cables data with footprint data to add attribute info • Delete all superfluous fields • Check geometry and project data into WGS 1984 Auxiliary Sphere |
