Site TEXT	Fixed site at which SfM imagery was collected
Quadrat NUMBER	ID number of randomly placed 0.7 x 0.7m quadrat. Blank values values signify a colony was opportunistically surveyed outside of a quadrat. Quadrat 0 implies that the observations were conducted irregardless of quadrats (described further in Notes)
Date DATE	Date of SfM survey in MM/DD/YYYY format.
Spec_Code TEXT	4-letter code assigned to adult coral species identified in annotations, defined in list of coral species codes provided
Morph_Code TEXT	2-letter code for coral morphology type ('BR' = branching, 'EM' = encrusting (mounding), 'MD' = mounding, 'KN' = knobby, 'PL' = plating)
BLE_EXT NUMBER	Extent of bleaching as expressed by percent of patch exhibiting paling from 0-100%. Blank values denote no bleaching observations were conducted (survey years 2020 and 2021).
BLE_SEV NUMBER	The severity of bleaching from 1 (being slightly pale) to 3 (stark white). Blank values signify no bleaching observations were conducted (survey years 2020 and 2021). Values of 0 mean that the bleaching extent was 0%.
LinkTP_Back VARCHAR2	List of unique Patch IDs that this patch transitioned from in previous timepoint. Blank values mean that no prior timepoint of data exists for this patch.
LinkTP_For VARCHAR2	List of unique Patch IDs that this patch transitioned to in the next available timepoint. -99.2 and -99.3 mean that the patch underwent mortality in the subsequent timepoint. Blank values mean that no future timepoint of data exists for this patch.
