2) Identify and remove duplicates via the FIND IDENTICAL tool and visual confirmation of attributes by processor

3) DELETE platforms known (through research or attribution) to have been removed or converted to artificial reefs

4) In the BSEE_Federal_OG_Platforms_Gulf_of_Mexico_Region sourced features, add a "Status" attribute and set to "Active" where "INSTALL_DA" IS NOT NULL AND "REMOVAL_DA" IS NULL, otherwise set to "Inactive". In each layer, add/rename and remove attributes as necessary to match final schema.
