The purpose of the Injury @ Safety Report is to have a standardized legal format of reporting fishing vessel violations to partner agencies such as United States Coast Guard (USCG) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) |
| Notes: |
The Injury & Safety Report was filled out in an MS Access Database. In August 2013 the MS Access database was retired as the Injury & Safety Report was incorporated in the "Incident" Data Entity included in the Dataset "Pacific Islands Region Observer Program System" (PIROPS). Please refer to this Dataset for additional info. |
