FMA staff fill a number of overlapping job responsibilites and roles. Among these are debriefer, trainer, inseason advision. In prior iterations this was tracked by a series of flags on the staff table. This is now expanded to include temporal information as well. This entity represents the list of roles to which a staff member may be assigned.
