Marine Recreational Fisheries Statics Survey data is collected by dockside angler intercept surveys conducted at designated saltwater sites across the Louisiana Coast. Information gathered includes area fished, time fished, target species, fish caught(released and harvested), and lengths and weights of harvested fish. Data complied is used to produce effort and catch efforts on a statewide basis |
