Abstract

This entity represents the intersection of a registered user, particularly vessel owners or captains to a fishing vessel which is participating in the program. This table functions as a reference for the application for those instances where trips are logged or edited by vessel owners or captains. Trigger code on the odds trip plan log identifies the user by type and when appropriate validates its existance here. NMFS staff and Enforcement (Call Center) staff are of a different user type and validated directly to the ODDS_Registered_User_V.
