Summary
ST maintains a copy of the US Coast Guard's vessel database and provides a query system that permits the extraction of vessel characteristics, documentation and ownership. This database is updated on a monthly basis. Our query program only retrieves data about vessels which are 5 net tons or larger and are documented by the USCG. Craft less than 5 net tons or smaller are numbered by individual states.
To make information on USCG documneted vessels readily available to the public through an online database query system.
