Abstract

We collect seasonal and annual temperature measurements on an hourly or quarter hourly basis to monitor habitat suitability for ATS and other species. Temperature data supports varying projects including growth analysis, migration behavior, etc.

Distribution Information

  • The SHEDS Stream Temperature Database website is a portal for viewing, downloading, uploading, and managing stream temperature data across the northeastern U.S.

    Using the Public Data Viewer of the SHEDS website, the NEFSC Main River Temperature Monitoring Data is available as NOAA Data Sets. All the sites and respective data under "NOAA" belong to NEFSC Maine Field Station.

If data is stored on an internal NEFSC network, the requester may not have direct access to query the data unless they are also authorized for network access.
