| Abstract: |
The FIN Database Manager will add users and groups, publish corporate documents as well as the set up, install and configure the software. However, FIN Committee will make decisions regarding these items and the FIN IT Manager will implement any required modifications. The FIN Committee members will also be able to create corporate documents within Oracle Discoverer. All named users can create individual documents. The amount of space required by each user's individual documents will be monitored and appropriate action will be taken if it becomes a problem. |
