Summary

Description

After returning from the field, samples were recorded in the laboratory log book. Sediment samples were organized and refrigerated or frozen until processed. Turbidity samples were analyzed and the information transferred to the field data sheets. Field data sheets were entered into an electronic database or a database manager. A printout was given to the Primary Investigator for review.
