Supplemental Information:

Biomass is wet weight in grams (weighed to 0.01 grams) by taxon and sample. Length frequency distributions include up to 22 organisms at a given station, the first 20 measured at random from all available specimens. The 21st and 22nd measurements were min and max sizes after the subsample was obtained.
