Short Name: | Ves numbers vessel count by Fishing Company and Year |
Status: | On Going |
Abstract: |
Report on number of vessels selling to a fishing company by year. Based on historical vessel tab. Red values are estimated/adjusted. Evidence that number of vessels increased and then decreased for primary ports including Pensacola, Mobile and Galveston. Trend was to see increase in number of vessels coming from secondary ports over time (timeline). So number of vessels are additive from secondary ports and adjusted (added & subtracted) from primary ports and fishing companies. For years with no count by state, estimate is made from last count. Florida here refers to west Florida |
