Summary

NOAA Fisheries is seeking comments on proposed 2023 summer flounder, scup, and black sea bass recreational fishery management measures based on the recently approved Percent Change Approach. For summer flounder and black sea bass, we are proposing conservation equivalency and are proposing to waive the federal recreational management measures. For scup, we are proposing adjustments to federal recreational management measures.
