Management and Program Analyst
Andrew started at PIFSC in 2020. He is FAC-C Level I and FAC-COR Level II certified. In addition to serving as the the primary buyer for PIFSC, Andrew is the lead for agreements and FOIA (Freedom of Information Act). Prior to starting with PIFSC, Andrew was a program manager with the State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, for eight years. He holds a Master's Degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in Language, Policy, and Planning.
