Andrew Beet

Research Scientist/Analyst (Affiliate)

Andrew Beet is a research scientist and analyst (with IBSS) supporting science in the Ecosystem Dynamics and Assessment Branch. He received his undergraduate and masters degrees from University of Wales, Swansea. Current research interests include ecosystem based fisheries management, multispecies ecosystem modelling, understanding the biological and technical interactions within complex ecosystems. He is a proponent of open science principles aiming to increase reproducibility and transparency in collaborative team settings. He also holds a guest investigator position at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.
