Celeste Hanley
Celeste is an Education and Outreach Specialist with Pacific Islands Regional Office, serving American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and Hawaiʻi. She has worked with NOAA Fisheries since 2019 and enjoys connecting students and the community with the natural resources in our care. Prior to joining NOAA, she worked with the U.S. Army’s Natural Resources Program on O‘ahu and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Her background in education and international studies from Penn State University and experience working in the field to protect endangered species have given her a passion for lifelong learning and being outdoors.
