David Behringer is a Senior Research Associate I for the Cooperative Institute for Marine and Atmospheric Studies working in the Sustainable Fisheries Division at NOAA's Southeast Fisheries Science Center. David's work centers around fishery-dependent survey design and data analysis in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
