Joel Kraski

Working with the Sustainable Fisheries Division, Monitoring Branch, Joel's focus is on coordinating current, and developing future, electronic monitoring programs for fisheries. He is also involved in policy development in support of electronic technologies, monitoring, and rockfish fishery management programs. His background includes working as an at-sea fisheries observer and later as Alaska Fisheries Science Center program staff with the Observer Program in Alaska. He received a bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from the University of Oregon (Oregon Institute of Marine Biology).
