Dr. Scott Rumsey is the Acting Administrator Regional Administrator for Operations, Management & Information Division.  Scott is also currently the U.S. Federal Commissioner to the Pacific Salmon Commission. Scott joined NOAA Fisheries in 2001 and has served in several positions including as Assistant Regional Administrator, Portland (Oregon) Branch Chief for the Protected Resources Division, and as the program manager for the Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund.
