Maura Flynn

Maura completed her undergraduate degree in marine biology at Roger Williams University, and her masters degree in environmental education at Southern Connecticut State University. She joined the Northeast Fisheries Science Center in 2018 as a commercial fisheries observer and worked aboard a variety of vessels for 3 years. Since then she has worked as a data debriefer for the Observer Program and is currently a field scientist working on both the Gulf of Maine Bottom Longline Survey and with Study Fleet.
