Dionne Hoskins-Brown, Ph.D.

Dionne Hoskins-Brown is a research fishery biologist with the Population and Ecosystem Monitoring Division's Habitat Ecology Branch. Dr. Hoskins-Brown's focus area is Cooperative Programs for the Southeast Fisheries Science Center and is located at the Savannah State University.
