Ellie is the lead research scientist for the NESFC Seal Telemetry Program. Her primary objective at the Center is to better understand the movement and foraging ecology of pinnipeds in the Northeast. She also participates as a marine mammal observer on various NOAA research cruises. 

As the lead research scientist for the NESFC Pinniped Telemetry Program, Ellie's main focus is to better understand pinniped movement and foraging ecology in the northwestern Atlantic. Her work also includes serving as a marine mammal observer on various NOAA research cruises.
