The Informational Toolkit is a set of instructions for getting started with the SEFHIER program. The toolkit outlines the reporting requirements for South Atlantic/Atlantic permit holders. For vessels with both Gulf and South Atlantic/Atlantic federal for-hire permits, you will follow the South Atlantic regulations. If you would like a printed copy to be mailed to you, you may request one through the program email while supplies last.
