2018 Marine Mammal Stock Assessment Reports Available
Summary
NOAA Fisheries announces the availability of the final 2018 Marine Mammal Stock assessment reports. The Alaska, Atlantic, and Pacific regional marine mammal stock assessment reports (SARs) were reviewed in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act. SARs for marine mammals in the Alaska, Atlantic, and Pacific regions were revised according to new information. NOAA Fisheries solicited public comments on the draft 2018 SARs by December 17, 2018.
