American Samoa Bottomfish Fishery Disaster Relief

NOAA Fisheries announces the availability of a draft environmental assessment (EA) of the potential effects of two construction projects. The EA would support the release by NOAA Fisheries of Congressionally-appropriated funds for disaster relief in the American Samoa bottomfish fishery. The American Samoa Department of Marine and Wildlife Resources would use the funds to construct a boat ramp and ice house in Pago Pago Harbor.
