This includes permit and reporting requirements, authorized species and gears, and minimum size limits. The workshops are also intended to increase proficiency in species identification and distribute outreach materials. NOAA Fisheries staff will be available to answer questions regarding Atlantic highly migratory species regulations as well as help fishers and dealers acquire the necessary Atlantic highly migratory species permits.
