Summary

NOAA Fisheries is reopening the public comment period on the proposed rule to amend regulations on the trade monitoring program for toothfish. In response to stakeholder requests, we are providing an additional 15 days for the public to comment on the proposed action. NOAA Fisheries published a notice in the Federal Register that reopens the public comment period from June 15-30, 2023.
