The interim final rule for groundfish trawl logbooks for the Shorebased Individual Fishing Quota Program is available for public inspection today and will publish and be effective on Friday, July 5, 2019. While this rule is effective upon publication, we will be accepting comments on this rule through August 5, 2019.
