The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) announces the 2005 Annual Management Measures for Pacific Halibut on behalf of the International Pacific Halibut Commission (IPHC), effective February 27, 2005, according to James W. Balsiger, Administrator, Alaska Region, NMFS.
The Federal Register notice presents the approved 2005 annual management measures for Pacific halibut fisheries. These management measures are effective until superceded by the 2006 management measures that NMFS will publish in the Federal Register.
This information bulletin only provides notice of a regulatory change.
