We are pleased to announce the launch of the online Limited Access General Category Scallop Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) Temporary Transfer Program on Monday, June 3.
Please note that scallop leasing does not apply to vessels that hold both a scallop IFQ permit and a scallop Days-at-Sea permit.
Scallop IFQ permit holders eligible to lease quota can access the program through their Fish Online accounts, including permits held in confirmation of permit history.
For additional security, scallop IFQ permit holders will need to create a new Fish Online access. We sent a letter to scallop IFQ holders on May 1, 2019, with a unique code and instructions on how to create your new account.
