Allie was born and raised in Kodiak and shared a love for fisheries and marine science from an early age. While in high school, Allie interned at the NOAA Kodiak Lab. She then went on to have a wide variety of fisheries fieldwork positions and completed a B.A. in Fisheries at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Allie's work includes a plethora of logistics, planning and scheduling to aid researchers in the execution of their projects in the lab and at sea. Allie also has the pleasure of helping care for animals in the laboratory, aquarium and touch tank.
