Andrea is a Research Associate (CIMAR/RCUH) in the Ecosystem Sciences Division at the Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi studying the early life history of uku. She is examining historical ichthyoplankton samples and associated environmental data to understand the habitat preferences for this snapper species in the beginning of its life.
