Caleb Taylor

Working within the Sustainable Fisheries Division, Catch Shares Branch, Caleb's focus is on rulemaking and policy development in support of the Halibut and Sablefish Individual Fishing Quota Program, Crab Rationalization Program, Community Development Quota Program, and trawl fishery management programs. His background includes coastal ecology research, analyzing federal maritime policy as a Knauss fellow, and conducting education and outreach in support of Alaskan seafood processing workforce development.
