Daurie Mangan-Dimuzio

Daurie Mangan-Dimuzio is the acting deputy director of the NOAA Fisheries Human Capital Management Office. She oversees strategic workforce planning, executive resources, student programs, and workforce reporting and analytics.

Before taking over as acting deputy director, Daurie was the Fisheries Chief Learning Officer, responsible for setting the learning and development strategy for NOAA Fisheries. She also led the Fisheries Learning Council and managed professional development programs. Daurie received her undergraduate degree in anthropology and a master’s in language teaching.
