David Gann

David Gann serves as a coordinator on oil spill response activities and Section 7 Endangered Species Act consultations. David spent 10 years in the Air Quality and Water Quality Divisions of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality before accepting a position with the Alaska Coastal Management Program in 2006.  He then served as an environmental specialist at the Alaska Department of Transportation and as a natural resource specialist at the Alaska Department of Natural Resources before arriving at NOAA Fisheries in 2016. 

In addition to his career, David enjoys photography, music, and taking long walks with his family.
