Katherine Gallagher, PhD
Habitat Suitability Analyst (Affiliate)
Katherine is a habitat suitability analyst in the Ecosystem Dynamics and Assessment Branch. Her expertise includes the bio-physical interactions that drive prey and predator distributions. Previously, she studied krill and penguins along the Antarctic Peninsula, as well as baleen whale distributions in the New York Bight. She received her bachelors degree in marine biology from Northeastern University and her PhD from the University of Delaware.
