Kendall Brancart is joining the Habitat and Ecosystems Services Division as a contractor working on offshore wind projects. Prior to joining the Habitat and Ecosystems Services Division in 2022, Kendall served as a contractor for NOAA’s SEFHIER program since 2019 as the Compliance Tracking Coordinator. She has a B.S. in Organismal Biology from Christopher Newport University and a M.S. in Marine Biology from Nova Southeastern University.
