Larry has been a member of the task lead for the Population Dynamics Branch, Assessment lead for a number of groundfish stocks including Southern New England-Mid Atlantic yellowtail flounder, Cape Cod-Gulf of Maine yellowtail flounder, American plaice, northern and southern silver hake. He is the center representative on the for the NEFMC small mesh whiting Plan Development Team.
