Matthew joined the Milford Lab in September 2020 to bring engineering expertise to advance aquaculture gear and practices. His research is centered on developing engineering guidance and standards for offshore aquaculture. His work is also focused on investigating interactions with protected species and aquaculture gear to develop techniques that mitigate entanglement risk.
