Nicole Bartlett
Nicole earned her B.A. in Political Science from Seton Hill University, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and is a doctoral candidate at UMASS-Boston’s School for the Environment focused on leveraging satellite Earth observations for coastal monitoring. Nicole is a NOAA Bronze Medal award winner for her co-creation of the NOAA Live! Webinar series for kids, and received a NOAA Administrator’s Award in 2024 as part of the Middle Peninsula Habitat Focus Area team.
Nicole makes and facilitates connections and collaboration on shared priorities across NOAA and with our partners from Virginia to Maine. She currently oversees coordination of NOAA’s engagement with tribal nations in the region, and supports NOAA-wide workforce development activities with partners.
