The role of management strategy evaluation (MSE) is to explore the outcomes of management objectives, strategies, and tactics to ensure productive fisheries while achieving conservation goals. Research in this area can span basic desktop explorations of data needs or assessment structures to complex stakeholder workshops. The nature of MSE requires a cross disciplinary approach.
