Ryan Silva

Ryan Silva serves as the Cooperative Research Partners Program Branch Chief for the Greater Atlantic Regional Fisheries Office, working with scientists, fishing community, and managers to support cooperative research efforts and sustainable fisheries. With a background in both fisheries science and management, Ryan helps bridge the gap between these arenas. Ryan oversees implementation of the region’s Exempted Fishing Permit Program and Research Set-Aside Program.
