Sue Tuxbury began her career with NOAA Fisheries in 2007 and has worked on a variety of issues including coastal development, habitat restoration, fish passage, and energy development, including hydropower and offshore wind. Sue is the Wind Program Coordinator for the region, working out of the Habitat and Ecosystem Services Division (HESD) in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Sue is responsible for coordinating GARFO activities related to offshore wind, including internal coordination of our regional wind team and external coordination and communication with our partner agencies and stakeholders. Prior to joining HESD, Sue worked as a Restoration Ecologist for Save the Bay in Rhode Island. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Colgate University and a Master of Science from Florida Atlantic University.
