Sustainable Fisheries

The Sustainable Fisheries Division is responsible for programs related to maintaining healthy fish stocks important to commercial and recreational fisheries, eliminating overfishing and rebuilding overfished stocks, and, increasing long-term economic and social benefits to the nation from living marine resources.
