Join us in celebrating the right whale’s annual return to our coast, as well as the 50th Anniversary of the Endangered Species Act! With fewer than 350 North Atlantic right whales remaining, scientists and engineers are working hard to find solutions. Come learn about right whales, as well as emerging technology that can be used by fisherman, vessel operators, and scientists to protect right whales.
The festival highlights local efforts to protect these whales from extinction, as well as ocean-themed activities, and exhibits that emphasize education and environmentally responsible adventures and products.
Free Admission - Come early and spend the day! Educational exhibits, animal ambassadors, beach clean-up, kids activities, family fun, live music, food, and more!!!
