Restore America’s Estuaries (RAE), a long-standing partner of NOAA, has been planning, organizing, and hosting the National Summit on Coastal and Estuarine Restoration and Management for the past fifteen years, since 2003. In 2018, the Coastal States Organization (CSO) is joining the effort as a co-host.

The six-day summit explores cutting-edge issues in coastal restoration and management, and includes field sessions, plenary sessions, expert presentations, special evening events, workshops, a poster session, and exposition hall. This biennial summit provides the largest opportunity to gather the coastal restoration and management community in robust discussions that explore critical issues, solutions, and lessons learned that face our nation’s coasts and estuaries.

NOAA is an active sponsor and planning participant of this conference and we value the opportunity to be part of this partnership. We appreciate the efforts of RAE and CSO to convene this important opportunity for professional exchange and dialogue of interdisciplinary groups to share best practices related to habitat conservation and restoration. Be sure to register now for the upcoming 9th Summit.

  • When: December 8-13, 2018
  • Where: Long Beach, California.
  • Registration and Cost: Early bird $495, open until October 12, 2018
