Stuart Munsch
Background
Stu is an ecologist that has worked on fisheries research since 2009. His job is to help people understand how fish use their habitats so that people can make informed decisions that steer toward sustainable fisheries. He mostly works on nearshore fish ecology in Puget Sound and salmon ecology in California's Central Valley. He earned a BS in Biology from Gonzaga University and a PhD in Aquatic and Fishery Sciences from the University of Washington. Now he works in the Watershed Program in the Fish Ecology Division of the Northwest Fisheries Science Center.
