Groundfish Observer/Catch Monitor Provider Permit
A valid Observer/Catch Monitor Provider Permit is required to provide observers and/or catch monitors to the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery.
An Observer/Catch Monitor Provider Permit Application Form must be completed and submitted to NOAA Fisheries at the address given to apply for a provider permit.

Expiration Date: Annual, expires December 31. Applications may be submitted at any time, but for a permit to be effective on January 1 of the following year, the permit application must be submitted no later than October 31.
