Northern Fur Seal Subsistence and Handicraft Take Restrictions
Final rule to put restrictions upon the subsistence and handicraft taking of fur seals and provided that the harvest may be suspended once the subsistence needs of the Indians, Aleuts, and Eskimos who live on the Pribilof Islands had been satisfied.
